<br />Ordanance No, 68m39 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance amendeng
<br />68-159 enacted February 6, 1968, and entitled "An Ordinance establashing
<br />the Organizationai Chart for the Engineering Department of the CAty of
<br />North Olmsted and setting forth the compensation to be paid employees
<br />thereof," and declaring an emergency. Mr. West then moved for the susm
<br />pension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr.

<br />68-14, effective February 6, 1968, and entitled "An Ordinance establishing
<br />the Organizational Chart for the Finance Department for the City of North
<br />Olmsted9 settong forth the compensation to be paid employees of the Finance
<br />Department9" and declaring an emergency. Mr. West then moved for the suspen-
<br />sson of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster.

<br />Ordinance No. 68-41 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance establishing
<br />the Organizational Chart of the Fire Department setting forth the complement
<br />of the Fire Department and establishing the salaries of the members of the
<br />Fere Department while on duty for the City of North Olmsted and repealing
<br />Ordinance No. 66-271, Ordinance No. 66-335, Ordinance No. 67-65, Ordinance No.
<br />67m264, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert then moved for the suspen-
<br />seon of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster.

<br />the Organizational Chart of the Law Department setting forth the compler+ient of
<br />the Law Department and establishing the salaries of the members of the Law De-
<br />partment and repealing No. 64-306, Ordinance No. 67-10, Ordinance No. 67-68,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Hodgins moved for the suspension of the rule
<br />requireng three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster. Afffrmative vote
<br />Caster, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mrs. Hodgins then moved for
<br />adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmatave vote Caster,

<br />Ordinance No. 68-43 was introduced by Mr. Miller and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance establishing the accumulated "Sick Leave" Policy and the regula-
<br />taons governing accumulated "Sick Leave" for all employees en all departments
<br />of the Caty of North Olmsted, but excluding therefrom Department Heads and
<br />elected officials,
<br />Mr. Caster mentioned that Ordinance No. 68-44 had inadvertently been omitted
<br />from the Agenda of March 5th, and moved that it be added to agenda for this
