<br />(Ordinance No. 67-256 continued from pg. 2) Affirmative vote was Eian,
<br />Foltz, Limperty Mangani, West. Negative vote was Hodgins. The motion
<br />for adoption was passed.
<br />Resolution No. 67-257 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. A Resolution
<br />urging the Governor of Ohio and his Committee to select Cleveland
<br />as the sitp for an International Trade Center and declaring an emer-
<br />gency. Mr. Mangani moved for the suspension of the rule requiring
<br />three readings, seconded by Mr. Foltz. Affirmative vote was Eian,
<br />Foltz, Nodgins, Limpert, Mangani and West. Mr. Mangani then moved
<br />for adoptian, seconded by Mr. Foltz. Affirmative vote was Eian,
<br />Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani and West.
<br />Ordinance No. 67-258 was introduced by Mr. Foltz. An Ordinance amend-
<br />ing Ordinance No. 67-147 (Title 1, Chapter 107, Sections 107.10 and
<br />107.11 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted) entitled,
<br />"Code of Ethics," and declaring an emergency. Mr. Foltz moved for the
<br />suspension of the rule requiring three readings, seconded by Mrs. Hod-
<br />gins. Affirmative vote was Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani and
<br />West. Mr. Foltz then moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins.
<br />Affirmative vote was Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani and West.
<br />Ordinance No. 67-259 was introduced-by Mr, Mangani. An Ordinance author-
<br />izing the re?ease of the Progressive Mutual Insurance Company, Surety,
<br />with respect to sidewalks installed on Stoney Brook Road and declaring
<br />an emergency. Mr. Mangani moved for the suspension of the rule requir-
<br />iny three readinys, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Eian,
<br />Foltz, Nodgins, Limpert, Mangani and West. Mr. Mangani then moved for
<br />adoption, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Eian, Foltz,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani and West.
<br />Ordinance No. 67-260 was introduced by Mrs. Hodgins. An Ordinance
<br />authorizing the release of the St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Can-
<br />pany, Surety, with respect to planting sixty trees in the Walter Maple
<br />Sub-Division, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Hodgins moved for the
<br />suspension of the rule requiring three readings, seconded by Mr. Foltz.
<br />Affirmative vote was Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani and West.
<br />Mrs. Hodgins then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Foltz. Affirma-
<br />tive vote was Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani and West.
<br />Ordinance No. 67-261 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance
<br />giving the consent of the City of North Olmsted to the maintenance and
<br />repair of certain roads within the City. Mr. Limpert moved for the
<br />suspension of the rule requiring three readings, seconded by Mr. Eian.
<br />Affirmative vote was Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, limpert, Mangani and West.
<br />Mr. Limpert then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative
<br />vote was Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani and West.
<br />Under old business, Mrs. Hodgins said she would like to turn the report
<br />of the Public Service E Utilities Committee Report over to Mr. West's
<br />Finance Cortmittee.
