<br />Resolution No. 67-133 was given its third reading. A Resolution declar-
<br />ing it necessary to improve Southern Avenue, Decker Road and Midvale
<br />Avenue in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, by installing sewer and water
<br />curb connections, grading, draining, curbing, paving and constructing
<br />sidewalks, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster moved for adoption,
<br />seconded by Mr. Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Resolution No. 67-135 was given its second reading. A Resolution re-
<br />questing the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio,
<br />to resurface Clague Road from Mastick Road on the south, north to the
<br />municipal corporation limifis of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio.
<br />Ordinance No. 67-136 was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing
<br />the extension of automobile storage lanes on Lorain Road east of Dover
<br />Center Road to McKenzie Road, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 67-137 was given its second reading. An Ordinance amend-
<br />ing the Zone Map adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the
<br />Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted) by adding certain land acquired
<br />through annexation to the use district entitled "A" Residence District.
<br />Resolution No. 67-140 was given its second reading. A Resolution authoriz-
<br />ing the Director of Public Service and Public Safety to advertise foz bids
<br />for the paving of Burns Road and Porter Road, south of Midvale Avenue to
<br />Southern Avenue.
<br />Ordinance No. 67-144 wag given its second reading. An Ordinance amend-
<br />ing Ordinance No. 63-158 enacted July 16, 1963 as amended by Ordinance No.
<br />65-212 enacted September 7, 1965, entitled "An Ordinance fixing the rates
<br />of fare for transportation service on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus
<br />Line on and after June 27, 1960," by fixing new rates of fare for
<br />transportation service on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line on and
<br />after July 1, 1967, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Resolution No. 67-145 was introduced by Mr. West.A Resolution authorizing
<br />the Mayor to enter into a contract with Cuyahoga County for the impr3son-
<br />ment maintenance and feeding of prisoners who are committed to the County
<br />Jail by the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West
<br />moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption,
<br />seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz,
<br />Rodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 67-146 was introduced by Mr. Eian. An Ordinance supplementing
<br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted by establishing Part
<br />17 entitled the "Fire Prevention Code" and declaring an emergency. Mr.
<br />Eian moved for suspension of the rules requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Ma.ngani, West. Mr. Eian then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr.
<br />Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, West.
