<br />Ordinance No. 67-147 was introduced by Mr. Foltz and given its
<br />first reading. An Ordinance amending Codified Ordinance Title
<br />1 by adding a new Chapter 107 entitled "Code of Ethics".
<br />Ordinance No. 67-148 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance to
<br />make additional appropriations for current expenses and other
<br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending
<br />December 31, 1967, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for
<br />suspension of the rules requiring three separate readings, seconded
<br />by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption, seconded
<br />by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Resolution No. 67-149 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution
<br />authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a
<br />reciprocal contract with the City of Cleveland and other communities
<br />for the collection of the North Olmsted Municipal Income Tax, and
<br />declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension of the rule
<br />requiring three separate readings of the resolution, seconded by Mr.
<br />Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr.
<br />Caster. Affixmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, West.
<br />Resolution No. 67-150 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution
<br />authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a
<br />contract with the Workmen's Compensation Service Company for the pur-
<br />pose of having the industrial compensation file of the City of North
<br />Olmsted audited on a continual basts, and declaring an emergency.

<br />gesolution No. 67-151 was introduced by Mr. Eian. A Resolution authoriz-
<br />ing the Safety-Service Director to advertise for bids for a ninety-foot
<br />articulated boom pumper type fire truck, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. Eian moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate
<br />readings of the sesolution, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote
<br />was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Eian
<br />then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was
<br />Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Resolution No. 67-152 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution directed
<br />to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections requesting that voter regis-
<br />tration be permitted within the City of North Olmsted during the period
<br />that voter registration is permitted by state statute. Mr. West moved
<br />for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by
<br />Mr. Caster. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Fo1tz, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Caster.
