A Resolution declaring the necessity of repairing certain sidewalks in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, rEquiring that abutting property owners repair the same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 67-26 was given its second reading. An.Ordinance directing the Director af Finance to apply any surplus remaining in the North Olmsted Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund to the payment of Police Pension Fund Liability, Ordinance No. 67-37 was introdur_ed by Mr. West and given its first reading. An Ordinance establishing the Public Works.Division of the City of North Olmsted, settin$ forth-the persannel needed as.to the Sanitary Sewer System of the Public Works Division, the Service Department of the Public Works Division, the Vehicle Maintenance Department of the Public Works Division and the Building Maintenance Department of the Public Works Division and repealing all other ordinances insistent thereto.
