<br />proposed impravement of Great Northern Boulevard was read.
<br />Resolution No. 67-50 was.introduced by Mr. Castero A Resolufiion approving the
<br />report of the Assessment Equalization Board on objections concerning the
<br />estimated assessments.for the improvement.of GrEat Northern Boulevard by install-
<br />ing storm and sanitary sewers, water.main, sewer and water curb eonnections,
<br />together with all neeessary appurtenances thereto, and declarinq an emerRency.
<br />Mr. Caster moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readin$s.
<br />seconded by Mr. Mangani. Affirmative vote.was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, West. Mra Caster Lhen moved for adoption, seconded by Mr.
<br />Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Faltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani,

<br />report of the Assessment Equalization Board on objections concerninq the estimated

<br />curbing and paving with eoncrete, together with aTl necessary appurtenances
<br />thereto, and declaring an emergencyo Mr. Caster moved for suspension of the rule
