An Ordinance amending the Zone Map of the City <br />of North Olmsted adopted as part oi t?ie Ordinance No. 62-33 (Knawn as the <br />Zoning Code of the City of North O1Tnr*ed) by chabging the designation thereon <br />of certain iand from its present designation thereon as General Retail <br />Business to Class B Hi-Rise- Business Office and Professional. <br />At this time Ptr. Tdest set a Fublic Hearing date ovi June 29, 1970, 8:00 p.m. <br />on above ordinance. <br />Ordinance No. 70-88 was introduced by Mr. Prokasy and given its first <br />reading. An Ordinance ameadinQ Ordinance No. 61-194, enacted December 5, <br />1961, entitled "An Ordinance fixinR cur£ew hours for miaors within the <br />City of North Olmsted." <br />Mr. Grady comnnented that no penalty is provided in Ord. No. 70-88 and <br />auestioned if some other penalty automatically agplies. *tr. ICitchen <br />replied under General Penalty Provision. T•ir. Grady then asked if a <br />person under 18 years after the preacribed hours can lawfully be out if <br />accompanied by someone 18 years or over in the same faedly. Mr. Kitchen <br />said that is correct. <br />Mr. Prokasy moved that the Finance Director be requested Co furnish <br />Fiscal Officer's Certificate caith regard to Note Ordinance 70-89. Motion <br />was seconded by Mr. Boehmer. AffirmaCive vote Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, <br />Limpert, Prokasy, Speedlin;, tiest. <br />Ordinance No. 70-89 caas intraduced by Mr. Boehmer. An Ordinance authoriz- <br />ing the issuance of bonds in anticipation of the collection of special <br />assessments to pay the property owmers' portion and also to pay the City's <br />portion of the cost of constructing certain sanitary sewer improvements <br />and improving portions of Southern Avenue, Tiecker Road and Tsidwale Avenue <br />by paving and otherwise f.mproving the same, and declarin$ an emergency. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved for saepension of rule requfring three separate readings, <br />seconded by TMzr. tdest. Affirn?ative vote Bnehmer, Grady, Hodgins, Liapert, <br />Prokasy, Speedling, itest. Mr. Roehmer then moved €or adoption, seconded <br />by Mr. Sdest.
