<br />certain termini by pavinp and irstalling atorm sewer inlets and sidewalks,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Pt:. Boehmer noved for suapensicm of rule
<br />requiring three senarate rea3invs. 'i'his motion was seconded by Mr. West.

<br />Ordinance No. 70-91 was introduced bq Mr. Boehmer. An Ordiaance levying
<br />special assessments for the construci:ion of sidewalks on South Barton
<br />Road, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Boehmer moved for suspension of
<br />rule requiring three separate xeadings. This motion was seconded by
<br />Mr. tJest. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Grady, Hadgins, Limpert, Prokasy,
<br />Speedling, tJest. Mr. Boehmer then moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded
<br />by Mr. lJest. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Grady, Rodgins, Limpert, Prokasy,
<br />Speedling, West.
<br />Under Old Business, Mr. Prokasy requested Clerk to send letter to Mr. and
<br />Mrs. Edward Frindt, 4856 Clague Road, outlining the area of Safetp Committee
<br />report as «ritten in May bth Council minutes concerning intersection of
<br />Clague and Mastick Roads.
<br />Mr. West i.nquired as to status of Louann, Nancy, Terrsce dedications.
<br />Mr. Karhan the grinding of pavetuent at corner of Angela Drive and drainage
<br />behind Simonelii's has yet to be done - same should be done ia 30 days.
<br />Mr. West referred to sidewalks in Bretton Ridge - lots over 2 years should
<br />have sidewalks installed and referred same to the Municipal Development
<br />Comenittee. t4r. West thea inquired about the additional storm sewer for
<br />Plumwood Subdivision and felt this should be done ss soon as possfbZe t'r.
<br />tdatts replied they plan to move down in that area in the near future. tir.
<br />West then asked Mayor Christman in reference to I 80 if we can get another
<br />commitment from the State. Mayor Christman said the State informed him
<br />they do not have consent Ordinance from the City of C3eveland and until
<br />they get that they are not going to 2et the contract far the bridge over
<br />the rivex and the part that is ready for contract frcm "Iastictc to Grace.
<br />The consent Ordinance is still in state of flux in Cleveland Council.
<br />Mr. West then inquired as to repairi.ng of McPenzie Road by the County
<br />this year. He feeZs that McKenzie is at a point where it can be repaired
<br />naca and if let go ioould be in the state that Stearns Road was; al.so,
<br />Stearns Road was repaved three years afo, Columbia Road has been done,
<br />Clague Road has been promised and McKenzie is only street that has not
<br />been done. Mr. tdatts answered Steaxns will be paved this year. ricKenzie
<br />wi21 be repaired - Mr. Watts feels it would take ane big patch to do any
<br />good. Mr. tiatts stated present all.ocation now wauld not inc2ude MeRenzie.
