<br />Prokasy was given its third readirtg. An Ordinance to suppkement the
<br />Codified Ordinances by enacting a new Chapter 731. entitled "Motian
<br />Pictures and Films" sud enacting new sectious relating to the inatalZa-
<br />tion, mai.ntenance and operation of notion picture machines and films,
<br />and decisring an emergeacq. Mr. Prokasy mvved that Ordinanae be adopted.

<br />its third reading. An Ordinmce aathorizing the Building Commfssianer
<br />to proceed with the dcmolition ar reawval of the dwellings on Permanent
<br />Parcel No. 232-I0-61, Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. Mr. Prokssy moved
<br />that Oxdinaace be adopted, seccmded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote
<br />Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling.
<br />Resolution No. 70-84 wae intraduced by Mr. Speedling. A Resolution
<br />approviag the 03.mted Tawers Development in the "Mixed Use" Dietrict
<br />of the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Speedling moved for suspension of
<br />rule requiring three separate resdimgs, eecaaded by Mx. Boehmer. Affir-
<br />aaative vote Baehner, Grsdy, Rodg9.as, Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling. Mr.
<br />Speedling moved for adoption of Reeolution. T'his notiau was seconded by
