<br />A lengthy discuss3on toak place regarding Mr. Ti.nw thq's complaints
<br />betcaeen he and Messre. Christt»an, Prokasy, West, Grady, Boehmer and
<br />Mr. Stomps of Floqd 8rarae. Mr. Boehmer stated he and Mr. Stomps would
<br />meet tMr. Timothq at his home oa tdednesdaq, April 22nd at 4:30 p.m. to
<br />go over all of his complainfi.s in connection with his property on Brox-
<br />bourne and Guilford. 7`his Mr. Timothp agreed to do.
<br />LEGISLATION: Ordiaance No. 70-74 which had been introduced by Mr.
<br />Prokasy was given its secoad reading. An Ordinance to supglememt the
<br />Codified Ordinances by enacting a neca cha?pter 731. entitled "Motion
<br />Pictures and Film" and enacting Aow SECtiO!!8 relating to the installa-
<br />tion, maiatenance and operation of motion picture machines and films,
<br />an@ declaring aa emergmcp. A motion w" made by Mr. West, seconded by
<br />Mr. Prokasy, to ameicd the 4rdinaace bp changir?g spelling in section 731.01,
<br />third line, and itt?der aection 731.07, faurth line, of the word "c1vi1`' to
<br />"civic", and under section 731.10, change the word "give" to "givea".
<br />Affirmative vote Boekmer, Grady, Sodgins, Limpert, Prokaaq, Speedling,
<br />West.
<br />Ordinance No. 70-75 which had bean introduced by Mr. Prokasy wass given
<br />fts second reading. An Ord3nanee suthorizing the Building Comm.tssicmer
<br />to proceed with the demolition or removal of the dwellings an Permanent
<br />Parcel No. 232-10-6I, Loraia RoAd, North Olm,sted, Ohia.
<br />Ordinance No. 70-79 was introdueed bp Mr. Limpert. An Ord3nance appro-
<br />priating $30,000. from the sewer revenue fund for Che purgose of repairing,
<br />televising and grouting sanitarq sewer lines, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. Limpert nwved for susgension of rule requiring three separate readfngs,
<br />seconded bq Mr. Boeheer. AffireQative vote Boehmer, Grady, Hodgias, Limpert,
<br />Prokasy, Speedling, West. Mr. Limgert then noved for adaPtion, seconded
<br />by Mr. Boehneer. At this time Mrs. Hadgins inquired if this $30,000.
<br />includes the price af any gumgs £or auy Lift Stat3ons. Magcrz thziotmsa
<br />answered "no"; this is for the sealing of sewers put in back in 1980.

<br />authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a
<br />contract with the Wor#men's Compensation Service Company for the purpose
<br />of having the Indusatx3.a1 Compensaticm File of the Citp of North Olm:ted
<br />sudited on a contiaual basis sr?d repealing ResoZution No. 67-150, and
<br />declaring an emerganey. Mr. Prokasy rnoved for suspension of rule requir-
