<br />Legislation: Ordinance No. 70-49 which had been introduced by Mrs.
<br />Hodgins was given its second reading. An Ordinance suthorizing the
<br />Olmssted Historical Societq to display for civic purposes citq groperty
<br />consisting of two sets of stone carriage-mounting steps and a wooden
<br />starage structure.
<br />Ordinance No. 70-50 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinaace
<br />establishing the Orgaaiaational Chart for the Finance Department of
<br />the City of North 02mted, setting forth the compensation to be paid
<br />employees of the Finsnce Department, and repealing Ordinance No. 70-
<br />26, and dec7,aring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for suspeasion of
<br />rule requiring three aeparaze readinge, seconded by Mrs. Aodgins.

<br />Resolutian No. 70-51 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. A ResoluCion author-
<br />izing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids far a smail
<br />truck for uae by the Saziitary Sawer Systam of the Service Department,
<br />and not to exceed $2,500., snd declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved
<br />for suspeneion of rule requixing three separate readings, seconded by
<br />Mr. Grady. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, Limpert, prokasy,
<br />Speedling, WesC. Mr. Limpert then moved for adoption of Resolution,

<br />ing the Organizational Chart for the Eugineering Department of the City of
<br />North Olmeted, and setting forth the conipensation to be paid emplopees
<br />thereof, and repealing Ordinance No. 70-29, and declaring an emergency.

<br />Chartex of the City af North Olmsted, and in addition thereto, providing
<br />positioas for employees of t2iis Department, and repealing Ordinance No.
