<br />Resolution No. 70-57 was introduced by Mrs. Hodgins and given its first
<br />reading. A Resolution memorializing the Members of the Ohio General
<br />Assembly to clarify Section 3774.23 or to repeal same.
<br />Ordinance No. 70-58 was iatroduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance amending
<br />the accumulated "sick leave", policy and the regulations governing aecumu-
<br />lated "sick leave" for ali em}sloyees in all departments of the City o€
<br />North Olmsted, but exciuding thexefrom Elected Officials, and repealing
<br />Ordinance No. 68-43. This Ordinance was given its first reading.
<br />Ordinance No. 70-59 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance authorizing
<br />the Director of Law to employ special counsel to assist him in 4pposing
<br />the water moratorium imposed by the City o£ Cleveland, and declavitig an
