Mr. West suggested writing Mr. Lang and Mr. Sffith stating when work will start and how lang it will take. Mr. Dennis Tischler, 2$370 Nandia Drive, on behalf of the North Olmsted Jaycees, presented to a11 nembers of Council a study entitled "The Tax Strncture of the City of Narth Qlmsted as it relates to Comaercial Develop- ment". This study was conducted by a special team which included an attorney, a corporate treasurer, an economist, an engi.neer, ammegement consultant, and a tax epecialist. Mr. Tischler went oa ta thank our Mayor and Finance Dixectox, Glilliam Gerlach, for the excelleret coopera- tion they received. Mr. Tischl.er presented a short resume of what the study contained. President 0'Neili thanked Mr. Tischler and ,all of the Jaycees for their work on this project. Mr. West recommended that Che Finance Camittee, aftex having had a chance to go over this book, meet wi.th 3apcees and discuss results on this and other areas on behalf of the City. Mr. J.
