<br />Mr. Boehmer at this time stated he mcm3d like to cnrract a statement
<br />made earlier in his report. The atudy being made on flaoding conditians
<br />is being conducted by Ludwig & Associates and not Floyd Browne.
<br />Legislation: Ordinance No. 69-131 which had been introduced by Mr.
<br />Prokasy was given its third resding. "An Ordinaace amending sections
<br />1174.02, 1174.07, 1202.02 (sub-section B), 1205.07 (sub-paragraph D),
<br />1212.01 (sub-paragraph A), 1212.01 (sub-paragraph B), 1213.01, 1213.01
<br />(sub-paragraph A), 1213.02, 1213.03, 1213.04 and 1215.01 of Ordinance
<br />No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, enti.tled "An Ordinance dividing the
<br />City of North Olusted, Ohio, into districts for the purpose of reRulating
<br />and restricting the location of buildings and other structures, and of
<br />premises to be used far trade, industry, residence or other sgecified
<br />uses: regulating and limitfng the height of buildings and other structuzes,
<br />regulating the bulk and location of bufldings and other structures, the
<br />percentage of lot occupancy, set-baek building liaes and area of yards,
<br />courts and other open spaces: providing for a method of administration;
<br />for an administrative board: and for the imposition of genalties for
<br />violation and repealing previous ordinances inecrosistent therewiCh".
<br />Mr. Prokasy stated after neaxly 3 yeaxs, 5000 hours and with the help
<br />of about 500 peogle, he would like to ntove for advption. This motion was

<br />Ordinance No. 69-210 which had been introduced by Mr. Prokasy was given
<br />its third reading. "An Ordinance amending Sections 1125.25, 1125-62,
<br />1133.10, 1133.13 (sub-paragraph A), 1141.08, 1153.05, 1157,01, 1174.08,
<br />1205.07 (sub-paragraph A), 1205.11 (sub-paragraph E), 1212.02 (sub-para-
<br />graph C), 1215.01: and enacting Sections 1133.17, 1205.09 (sub-par$graph
<br />P), 1206.01, 1206.02, 1206.03, 1206.04, 1246.05, 1206.06, 1206.07, 1206.
<br />08, 1206.09, 2206.10, 1206.11, ].1206.12, 1206.13, 1206.14, 1206.15, 1206.
<br />16, 1206.17, and 1231.02 (sub-parsgraph B), of Ordinaace No. 62-33,
<br />enacted June 19, 1962, entitled "An Ordinance div3ding the City of Narth

<br />an?ount of time innolved and help involved in connection wi.th this
<br />Ordinance, taoved for adoption. This motion was seconded by Mr. West.
