<br />At this tiuFe Mr. idest stated he would like to set a meeting for Public
<br />Hearing, 30 days after second reading of Ordinance 70-36, on March 23rd,
<br />at 8:30 p.m., in City Hall.
<br />Ordinance No. 70-30 was introduced by Mr. Soehmer. An Ordinance levying
<br />special assessments for the improvement af Dover Center Road atld certain
<br />other streets and public easements by constructing sanitarq sewers, sewer
<br />curb connections and necessarp appurtenances, including neceseary street
<br />resurfacing and restoration of drainage facilities (Contract No. 12 -
<br />Zone 2), and declarfng an emergency. Mr. Boehmer moved for suspenef.on of
<br />rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Grady. Affizmative
<br />vote Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, Liiapert, Prokasy, Speedling, t,lest. Mr.
<br />Boehmer then maved for adaption of Ordinance, seconded by Mr. Grady.
<br />Affirmative vote Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 70-44 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance repealing
<br />Ordinance No. 63-155 entitled "An Ordinaace establishing a transportation
<br />allawance for the Mayor and the Director of Public Service of the City of
<br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency," and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. Limpert moved for suspension of rule requir3.ng three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affiraiative vote Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Prokasy, Speedling, West. Mr. Limpert then moved £or adoption, secoaded by
<br />Mr. Boehmer. Aff3rmative vote Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy,
<br />Speedling, West.
<br />Resolution No. 70-45 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution accepting
<br />for record purposes only the S.D.C. Subdivision and S.D.C. Subdivision
<br />No. 2, aad declariag an emergency. Mr. 14est moved for susgeneion of rule
<br />requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative
<br />vote Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling, I,iest. Mr. West
<br />then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Boehmer,
<br />Grady, Hadgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling, West.
<br />Mr. Limpert moved that the FYnance Director be requested to furnish
<br />Fiscal Officer's Certificate with regard to Note Ordinance 70-46. Motion
<br />was seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Prokasy, Speedling, West. Mr. Gerlach furnished the Certificate.
<br />Ordinance No. 70-46 was intxoduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance to provide
<br />for the issuance of notes in anticipation of the levy of special assess-
<br />ments and in anticipation af the issuance of bonds to pay the progerty
<br />owners' portion and Che City's portion of the cost of imprerving Colembia
<br />Road and certain other streets and public easements by constructing sanitary
<br />? sewers, sewer curb connections and necessary appgrtenances, includ3ng
<br />
