<br />Mr. Limpert moved that the Finance Director be requested to furnish
<br />Fiscal Officer's Certificate with regard to Note Ordinance 70-47.
<br />Motion was seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote Boehaner, Grady,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling, tJest. Mr. Gerlach furnished
<br />the Certificate.
<br />Ordinance No. 70-47 was introduced bq Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance to
<br />provide for the issuance of notes in anticipation of the levy of
<br />special assessments and in anticipation of the isauance of bonds to
<br />pay the progerty owaers' portion and the City's portion of the cosC
<br />of improving Bradley Road and certain other streets and public ease-
<br />menCs by canstructing sanitary sewers, sewer curb conaectians aad
<br />necessarq appurtenances, including necessary street resurfacing and
<br />restoration of drainage facilities (ConCract No. 16), and declaring
<br />an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for suspension of rule requiring
<br />three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote
<br />Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling, West. Mr. Limpert
<br />then moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirma-
<br />tive vote Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speealing, West.
<br />Resolution No. 70-48 was introduced by Mr. [aest. A Resolutian urging
<br />passage of Senate Bill No. 484 relating to reimburseaent for tax paid
<br />on motor vehicle fuel used in operating a transit bus, ared declaring
<br />an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension of rule requiring three
<br />separate readings, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote Boehmer,
<br />Grady, Hodgins, Limgert, Prokasy, Speedling, West. Mr. tdest then moved
<br />for adoption, secoaded bq Mr. Limpart. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Grady,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Prakasy, Speedling, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 70-49 was introduced by Mrs. Hodgias and given its first
<br />reading. An Ordinance aufihorizing the Olmsted Historical Society to
<br />dlsplay for civic purposes City Property consisting of two sets of stone
<br />carriage-mounting steps and a woaden storage structure.
<br />At this time Presidenr 0'Neill asked for a ruling by Law Director Kitchen
<br />on appxoving minutes of Public Hearing of February 5th. Law Director
<br />Kitchen stated if a meeting of Council is opened to public, Council
<br />formally does approve the minutes.
<br />Mr. Prokasy made a motion that minutes of Public Hearing af February 5th
<br />be approved as written. This motion was seconded bp Mr. tJest. "Yeas"
