g2unci1 Minutes 1-6-70 -5- <br />was pleased to be at the Couacil Meeting and appreciated the <br />cooperation of the Administration and Council in the past. <br />Ptr. Engleson, 6168 Stafford Drive, complimented North Olmstad's very <br />fine bus service. <br />LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 69-211, which had been introduced by Mr. <br />Limpert, was given its third resding, "An Ordinance authariziag the <br />01msted Historical Societp to displ+ty for civic purposes of Citq <br />Propertq consiatimg ef a horss-drawn hearse and a 1929 Seagraves Fire <br />Engine." Mr. Liepert then motired far atapCion of Ordinance, secoaded <br />by Mrs. Hodgins. Affixmative vote BoetYmer, Gradq, Rodgins, Limpert, <br />Prokasy, Speedliag. <br />Ordinance No. 69-220, which had been introduced by Mr. Prokaay, was <br />given its second readiag, "An Ordinance amsnding the zaae W adopted <br />es part of the Ordinance No. 62-33 (kacrum as tha Zo+ning Cade of the <br />City of North Olmsted) by changing tbe deeignation rherean of certaia <br />land from its pressnt deeignatian thereoa as a Residence Single to <br />Retail Business General. <br />Ordinance No. 69-221 which had been introduced by Mr. Prokasp, was <br />given ita second readiag, "An Ordinance ameAding the 2on;e Map adapted <br />as part of the Ordinance No. 62-33 (knawn se? the Zoning Code of the <br />? City of North 03.swted) by changing the designation therean of certain <br />land from its present designatian thereoa as B Residence Single to <br />Retail Business General." <br />Ordinance No. 70-1 was then introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance <br />to make appropriatiosis for curxent expenees and othex exgenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, <br />1970, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for suapensian of <br />rule requiring three separate readings, seconded bq Mr. Prokasp. <br />Affirmative vote Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, Limpert, Prakasy. Speedling. <br />Mr. Limpert Chen moved for adopxion of Ordinance, aeconded by Mr. <br />Prokasy. Affiratative vote Boehmer, Grady, Aodgine, Limpert, Prokasy, <br />Speedling. <br />Ordinance No. 70-2 ws: introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance <br />authoriaing the Mayor to enter into a contract for the depoBit of <br />public nonies with the iuatitutions designated by Council as depasi- <br />tories for the active and inactive accounts of the City, and declarin$ <br />an emergency. Mr. Limpart moved €or suspension of rule requiriag three <br />separate readingB, secanded by Mr. Prokasq. Affirmative vote Baebaer, <br />Grady, Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling. Mr. Limpert then moved <br />for adoption of Ordinance, secaaded by Mr. Yrokaey. Affirmative vote <br />Boehmer, Grady, Hadgine, Limpert, Protcasy, Speedling. <br />Resolution No. 70-3 was introduced bq Mr. Limpert. A reaolution <br />10 directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga Cotimty to pay to the City of North <br />0lmsted, duxing the year 1970, all tax money due and awing eaid City
