<br />authorizing the issuance of a aote in anticipation of the iasuance of
<br />Bonds and of the Levy and collection of special assessments to pay the
<br />Propertq Owners' portion and the City's portion of the cost of improving
<br />Dover Center Road by constructing a sidewalk, and declaring an emergeiicy.

<br />Mr. Limpert moved that the Finance Director be requested to furaish
<br />Fiscal Officer's Certificate with regard to Note Ordinance 70-6.

<br />Ordinance No. 70-7 was introduced by Mr. Prokasy,. An Ordinance
<br />suthorizing the Mayor to contract with H. F. Ludwig & Associates for
<br />the preparation of a feasibility study for retaining storm waters in
<br />the City of Narth 0lmsted, said contract not to exceed Three 'i'housand
<br />($3,000.) Dollars, and declating an energency. Mr. Prokasq moved for
<br />suageasion of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr.
<br />Boehmer. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Grady, Hodgins, Liapert, Prokasy,
<br />Speedling. Mr. Prokasy then maved for adaption of Ordinanee, aeconded
