An Ordinance <br />suthorizing the Mayor to contract with H. F. Ludwig & Associates for <br />the preparation of a feasibility study for retaining storm waters in <br />the City of Narth 0lmsted, said contract not to exceed Three 'i'housand <br />($3,000.) Dollars, and declating an energency. Mr. Prokasq moved for <br />suageasion of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. <br />Boehmer.
