<br />dangerous or unsafe buildings; providing for the appeals from the or-
<br />ders of the Building Commissioner by establishing a Board of Appeals;
<br />repealing Sections 1331.01 to 1331.06, inclusive, of Chapter 1331 Tit1e
<br />Seven of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted." Mr.
<br />Miller then moved the ordinance be adopted, seconded by Mr. West. Af-
<br />firmative vote Caster, Eian, HQd-gins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy> West.
<br />Ordinance No. 69-3 which had been introduced by Mr. Caster, was giVen
<br />its third reading, "An Ordinance levying special assessments for the
<br />improvement of Great Northern Boulevard in the City of North Olmsted,
<br />Ohio, between certain termini by installing storm and sanitary sewers
<br />and water main, sewer and water curb connections, together with a11
<br />necessary appurtenances, and deelaring an emergency." Mr. Castex then
<br />moved for adoption of ordinance, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative
<br />vote Caster, Eian, Aodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West.
<br />Mr. Caster moved that Ordinance No. 69-4, "An Ordinance giving cpnsent
<br />of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, to the cotkstruetion,
<br />maintenance and operation of Interstate Route No. 80 as a freeway undgr
<br />the supervision of the Director of Highways of the State of Ohio and
<br />proposing to cooperate with said Director in certain matters incident
<br />thereto, and declaring an emergency," be amended to include a new Section
<br />F, advancing the existing Sections F& G to G& H. New "Section F" -
<br />All bridges carrying pedestrians and vehicular traffic to I-80 shall be
<br />enclosed with a fence in accordance with the accepfied standard practice
<br />for feneing such structures. This ordfnance reverts to second reading.
<br />Resolution No. 69-14, which had been introduced by Mr. Caster, was given
<br />its second reading, "A Resolution declaring it necessary to improve- cer-
<br />tain streets and public easements by constructing sanitary sewers, sewer
<br />curb connections and necessary appurtenances, including neeessary street
<br />resurfacing and restoratian of drainage facilities (Contract No. 16,2one 3)
<br />and declaring _an emergency. Mr. Caster moved for suspension of rule re-
<br />quiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affixmative
<br />vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. Capter
<br />then moved for adoption of resolution, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirma-
<br />tive vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Mi11er, Prokasy, WesC.
<br />Ordinance No. 69-15, which had been introduced by Mr. West, was given it$
<br />second reading, "An Ordinance changing the name of Westminester Drive, in
<br />Bretton Ridge Subdivision, to Westminster Drive, in Bretton Ridge Subdiv-
<br />sion, City of North Olmsted. Mr. West requested Clerk to write letter to
<br />the one home owner who did not sign petition, advising him this legi$lation
<br />will be on third reading on February 18th, and we will expect to hear if
<br />he has any objections.
<br />Resolution No. 69-17 was introdueed by Mr. Limpert. A Resolution commendr
<br />ing Joseph Kiczek on the achievement of the Eagle Scout Award, and deplar-
<br />ing an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for suspension of rule requiring thtee
<br />separate readings, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West, Mr. Limpert then moued for adapKion
<br />of Resolution, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote Caster, Eian, Hodgiqs,
