Council Minutes 2-4-69 <br />-4- <br />Resolution No. 69-18 was introduced by Mrs. Hodgins. A Resolution com- <br />mending Richard H. Whitting, Jr. on the achievement of the Eagle Scout <br />Award, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Hodgins moved for suspension of <br />rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West.
