<br />Resolution No. 69-18 was introduced by Mrs. Hodgins. A Resolution com-
<br />mending Richard H. Whitting, Jr. on the achievement of the Eagle Scout
<br />Award, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Hodgins moved for suspension of
<br />rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West. Affix'ma-
<br />tive vote Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Limpert, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mrs.
<br />Hodgins then moved for adoPtion of the ResoXution, seconded by Mr. West.

<br />Ordinance No. 69-20 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance adopting an
<br />organizational chart for the Administration to be headed by the Mayor as
<br />provided for in Article III, Section I through 5, inclusive, of the Charter
<br />of the City of North Olmsted, and in addition thereto, prouiding positions
<br />for employees of this Department, and repealing Ordinance No. 68-155, and
<br />declaring an, emergency. Mr. West moved for saspension of the rule requir-

<br />c the organizational chart for the Finance Department of the City of Narth
<br />Olmsted, setting forth the compensation to be paid ernployees of the Finanee
<br />Pepartment, and repealing Qrdinance No. 68-40, and declaring an emergency.

<br />Ordinance No. 69-22 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance establishin$
<br />the arganizational chart of the Building Department, setting fprth the coifk--
<br />plement of the Building Department and establishing the compensation to be
<br />paid to the employees of the Building Department, and repealing Ordinance
<br />No. 68-146, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West maved for suspension of
<br />rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Caster. Affirmative

<br />the organizational chart for the Engineering Department of the City of North
<br />Olmsted, and setting forth the compensation to be paid employees thereof, and
<br />repealing Qrdinance No. 68-157, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved
<br />for suspension of rulE requiring three separate readings, secoaded by Mr.
