<br />An Ordinance establishing an Organisational Chart for the Public Service and
<br />Properties Section of the Public [forks Division of the Departr~emt of Public
<br />Service of the City of North Olmsted, setting forth the personnel needed and
<br />establishing the remuneration for all ee~loyees of sand section and repealing
<br />the applicable sections of Ordinance No. 72-87, enacted June 5, 1972, and
<br />declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded
<br />by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giesser, Lampert, Prokasy,
<br />Saringer, Speedling, West. Ordinance adopted.
<br />Mr. Lampert moved that Finance Mrector furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate
<br />in connection with Ord. No. 72-156. Motion was seconded by Mr. Went,
<br />Affixmative vote: Boehmer, Giesser, Lampert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling,
<br />West. Motion carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Certificate.
<br />Ordinance No. 72-156 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. An Ordinance authorizing
<br />the isauaace of $95,000 notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds far
<br />the purpose of paying the cost of acquiring certain real estate on Lorain Rd.
<br />as a site for the expansion of the City Building Complex, and declaring an
<br />emergency. Mr. Lampert moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate
<br />readings, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giesser, Lampert,
<br />Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Mr. Lampert moved for adoption of
<br />Ordinance, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giesser, Lampert,

<br />Resolution No. 72-157 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. A Resolution authorizing
<br />the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 2,000 tons of
<br />cinders and 3,500 tons of salt, and declaring an emergency. Mr. L3.~ert
<br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by
