Olen's address, to check into <br />same. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Resolution No. 71-177 introduced by Mr. West was given its third reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for retard purposes onlp the Kaderbak Subdivision. <br />Mr. West moved for adoption of Resolution, seconded by Mr. Boetuwer. <br />Affirmative vote Boeh~eer, Giesser, Lampert, Prakasy, Saringer, Speedling, <br />West. lotion carried. <br />Resolution No. 72-4 introduced by Mr. West was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for record purposes only the Blossoffi Dover Sub- <br />division No. 1. <br />Ordinance No. 72-7 was introduced by Mr. 8oehmer 4nd given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance deteraei:aing to proceed with the construction of sidewalks at <br />certain locations on West Park Drive, North Park Drive and Root Road. <br />Mr. Prakasy moved that Fiscal Officer's Certificate be furnished in connec- <br />tion with Ordinance No. 72-8. Motion was seceded by Mr. Lierpert. Affirmative <br />vote Boehmer Giesser, Lispert, Prakasy, Saringer, Speedling, Hest. Motion <br />carried. Certificate was furnished by Finance Director William Gerlach. <br />Ordinance No. 72-8 was introduced bq Mr. Lampert. An Ordinance authorizing <br />the issuance of bands in anticipation of the collectaan of special assess- <br />ments to pay the property owners' portion of the cast of constructing certain <br />sanitary seF~er improvements (Contracts IS and 16) and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Lfte~ert moved €or suspension of rule requiring three separate <br />readings, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote 8oehmer, Giesser, Lampert, <br />Prakasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion-.,carried. <br />Resolution No. 72-9 was introduced by Mr. tdest and given its first read3t-g. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept real property to be deeded to <br />the City of North Olmsted as a consequence of "cluster zoning". <br />Resolution No. 72-10 was introduced by Mr. Speedling. A Resolution comaeending <br />Jahn Joseph Starry on the achievement of the Eagle Award. Par. Speedling <br />roved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by <br />Mr. tdest. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser, Lampert, Prakasy, Saringer, <br />Speedling, West. Mr. Speedling read Resolution in its entirety. Mr. Speed- <br />ling moved for adoption of Resolution, seconded by~Mr. West.
