<br />Resolution No. 72-2 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. A Resolution directing
<br />the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, during
<br />the year 1972, all tax money dote and. owing said City from any collection
<br />source, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lampert moved for suspension of
<br />rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Giesser. Affirma-

<br />Mr. Lampert moved for adoption of Resolution, teeccnded by Mr. Giesser.

<br />Ordinance No. 72-3 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. An Ordinance authorising
<br />the Mayer to enter into a contxaet for the deposit of public agonies with
<br />the institutions designated by Cos~cil as depositories for the actives and
<br />inactive accounts of the City, aurtd dsclarizt,g an emergency. Mr. Lampert

<br />Resolution No. 72-5 was introduced by Mr. Boehaeer. A Resolution commending
<br />and thanking the Elks Lskew+vvd Lodge No. 1350 for their philanthropy and
<br />graciousness exhibited by them during the 1971 Christmas Season. Mr. Boeha-er

<br />Ordinance No. 72-6 was introduced by Air. Lampert. An Ordinance amending
<br />Section 1 of Ordinance No. 71-5?; Section Z of Ordinance No. 71-49, 71-5fl,
<br />71-56, 71-57, 71-58, 71-61, 71-64, 71-144; Section 5 of Ordin~ce No. 71-
<br />175; and Ordinance 71-55 to make payment of wages and salaries bi-weekly
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lampert moved for suspension of rule
