<br />and 73-146. Motion seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giesser,

<br />Ordinance No. 73-128 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its third reading.
<br />An Ordinance making additional appropriations far current expenses and other
<br />expenditures for the City of North Opted, Ohio for the year ending December
<br />31, 1973. Mr. West moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded by Mr. Boehmer.
<br />Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giesser, Proitasy, Saringer, Speedling, tdest. Motion
<br />carried. Ord. No. 73-128 adopted.
<br />Mr. Giesser moved to amend Ord. No. 73-129 in following respects: delete in
<br />Title "Ordinance No. 73-82, enacted July 17, 19?3, wich Ordinance amends";
<br />in Section 2 delete "and especially Ordinance No. 73-82, enacted July 17, 1973".

<br />Ordinance No. 73-129 introduced by Mr. Giesser was given its second reading as
<br />amended. An Ordinance amending Part S, entitled "General Offenses Code",
<br />Chapter 517, entitled, "Health, Safety and Sanitation", Section 517.07, entitled
<br />"Littering and deposit of garbage, rubbish, dunk, automobiles, etc.", subparagrap:.

<br />An Ordinance amending the General Offenses Code of the City of North Olmsted
<br />(Codified Ordinances) Part 5, entitled "General Offenses Code", Chapter 501,
<br />entitled "Administration and Law Enforcement ", Section 501.99 entitled, "Penalty"
<br />by enacting Paragraph F. Mr. Giesser moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded by
<br />Mr. Speedling. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giesser, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling,
<br />West. Motion carried. Ord. No. 73-130 adopted.
<br />Resolution No. 73-134 introduced by Mr. West was given its third reading. A

<br />Ordinance No. 73-137 introduced by Mx. Speedling was given its second reading.
<br />An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to employ appraisers for the purpose of
<br />determining the value of real estate necessary to construct a recreation complex.
<br />Resolution No. 73-78 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading.
<br />A Resolution accepting for record purposes only the Re-subdivision of Zehman-
<br />Wolf and Shern-an Construction Compairy's Subdivision Nos. 1 and 2, the relocating
<br />of streets contained therein, and repealing Ord. No. 2354, enated August 21,
<br />1956 and Ord. No. 2413, effective December 18, 1956.
