<br />Resolution No. 73-139 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer. A Resolution authorizing
<br />the Director of Public Safety to obtain cost figures for the replacing of the
<br />engine in Number 4, Seagrove Puagaer Fire Truck, authorizing the Mayor to execute
<br />Resolution No. 73-140 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading.

<br />December 31, 1973. Mr. West moved for suspension of rule requiring three
<br />separate readings, seconded by lir. Boehmsr. Affirmaative vote: Boehmer, Giesler,
<br />Prokasy, Saringer, Spe~iling, West. Mr. West moved for adoption, seconded by

<br />Ordinance No. 73-142 was intoduced by Mr. West and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance accepting for cbas3iioa Sparky Lsne (500 lineal feet) beginning
<br />at Lorain Rd. Northward to Brookpark R,d. Extension and Brookpark Road Extension
<br />(2240 lineal feet) beginning at Dover Center Road Eastward to property owned
<br />by Capital National Bank.
<br />Ordinance No. 73-143 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance to appropriate the fee sisQle interest in certain descr#bed real
<br />estate for the opening of an extension of Brookpark Road, and declaring an
<br />emergency.
<br />Mr. West moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in
<br />connection with Ordinance No. 73-144, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote:
<br />Bcehmer, Giesler, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, WEst. Motion carried. Finance
<br />Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate.
<br />Ordinance No. 73-144 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer. An Ordinance .authorizing
<br />the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose
<br />of providing funds for the acquisition of real estate needed for the extension
<br />of Brookpark Road, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Boehmer Waved for suspension
<br />of rules requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative
<br />vote: Boehmer, Giesler, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Mr. Boehmer moved
<br />for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affistieative vote: Boehmer, Giesler, Proka~sy,

<br />Mr. Giessen commented the next two pieces of legislation refer to upgrading of
<br />the Building Code - upgrade insulation standards and heating standards of homes
<br />and believes this will help out energy crisis.
<br />Ordinance No. 73-145 was introduced by Mr. Giessen and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance establishing Chapter 1303 of Part Thirteen, Title One of the Codified
<br />Ordinances, entitled "Aeat and Air Caaditioning Insulation Standards".
