<br />Mr. Giesser moved to postpone third reading of Ordinance No. 73-122 until
<br />December 18, 1973. Motioa seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Boehmer,

<br />of Ord. No. 73-122 postponed to date certain of December 18, 1973.
<br />Resolution No. 73-123 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its third reading. A
<br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to expend funds for the
<br />markings of lanes and cxoss-walks an Brookpark Road within the City of North
<br />Olmsted. Mr. Boehmer moved for s<ioption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote:
<br />Boehmer, Giesser, Lampert, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. Res. No.
<br />73-123 adopted.
<br />Resolution No. 73-124 introduced by Mr. Lampert was given its third reading. A
<br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for
<br />the necessary materials to repair the culverts and ditches on McKenzie Road.

<br />to require a mandatory deposit on beverage cantaiaers. Mrs. Saringer moved for
<br />adoption, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Saringex. Nega-
<br />tive vote: Giesser, Lampert, Speedling, tdest. 4 Nays - 2 Yeas - Motion defeated.

<br />Ordinance establishing the complement of the Recreation Degarteent affixing the
<br />compensation to be paid the members therefore and repealing Ordinance No. 73-
<br />77, exacted July 17, 1973. Mr. Lampert moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West.
