Council Minutes of 12-3-74 -4- Mrs. Gladys Zipp, 2965$ Lorain Rd., addressed Council pertaining to Brookpark relocation. Mr. Giesser discussed same. LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 74-130 introduced by Mrs.. Saringer was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending the Traffic CoAtsrol Map and File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of stop signs at the "T" intersection of Marion Road and West 233rd Street, as aided. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Wilasxosky. Mrs. Saringer stated'w-hat previously had transpired - Transportation Cotemittee met with people on Marion Rd. and cam up with this agreement; and hopes she hats support of Council. Roll Call on Motion: Affirmative vote: Giesser, Gaggin, Lampert, Saringer, hest, Wilaaaosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 74-130 adopted. Resolution No. 74-148 introduced by Mr. Lampert was given its third reading. A Resolution authorizing t,ie Service Director to advertise for bids for one (1) 3/4 ton pick-up truck and one (1) ton truck, stake body type, for the North 02msted Sanitary Treatment Facilities, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. Mr. Lampert moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote; Giesser, Goggin, Li~ext, Saringer, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 74-148 adopted. Resolution No. 74-149 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reading. A Resolution authorizing the Servace Director to advertise for bids for the installa- tion of approximately 64' of guard xails on Clague Road north of Virginia Av~-ue, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for sasm. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, West, Wilaanosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 74-149 adopted. Resolution No. 74-150 introduced by Mr. Giesser was given its third reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purpoae8 only St. Brendan Sc~divialon in the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Giesser mowed for adoption, seconded by Mr. Goggin. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 74-150 adopted. Resolution No. 74-151 introduced by Mr. Giesser was given its second reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only Brendan Woods Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 74-153 introduced by Mx. West was glven its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of providing funds for the acquisition of real estate needed for the extension of Brookpark Road, and declaring an earer~ncy. Ordinance No. 74-154 introduced by Mr. West was given its second reading. An Ordinance establishing an Organizational Chart for the Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Collection System and Lift Stations, a section of the Public Works Division of the City of North. Olmsted, setting forth the personnel needed and establishing the remuneration for certain employees of said division, and repealing Oxd.
