Will have that within two weeks. Also, r~sgwst for a <br />legal opiniaa from Mrs. Sharpe re~erding the reaic-val of trees fr+sa+ Ruh,3~aan gig 0 <br />Oldsmobile property as to what other requirements must be ~t x~lative to the re- <br />placemsat of those tree~sr~and will have same bq next Council Meeting. <br />Finance Director Gerlach xeported following: l} on Agenda is Ord. No. 74-152 which <br />is an ordinance transferring appxoprations and mskiag ne~v ones. :his is the time <br />of the year when tie know pretty well what the revenue is going to be for the entire <br />year of '74. Also know what expaed#,tures we will have until the end of the year <br />and this ordinance should make it passible for us to provide the ieipal services <br />and pay the bills at the end of the gear.. Would like to ask that ordinance be <br />passed under suagension of rules as it then would become effective upon the Mayor's <br />signature. <br />Mrs. Saringer, Chairman Faanrironm~ntal Control Committee and Long Range Planning <br />Committee, reported *~ould like to have a meeting on Nove~er 25, 147'4, at 8: t)4 P .M. , <br />with Ohio Ball Telephone representatives and requested as many Council Meyers to <br />attend as can; <br />2)scheduled an Fnvixonmental Control Committee Meeting on December 2, 1974, <br />8:30 P.M., City Hall. <br />Mr. Coggin, Chairman Streets & Drainage Committee reported Coaasittee a~et on <br />November 12, 197k, and reviewed following; 1) President of Council directed a <br />lettez to Commmittee from the Mayor regarding a request from Crystal Springs <br />Beach Club, North Ridgeville. they are planning to c onstruct a conventi.om canter <br />and have asked us to accept the sewage .from this project provided an agr.ament <br />could be worked out to the benefit of North Olmsted. Prior to any rec Lion <br />from this Committee, the City Engineer will be in contact with this group regarding <br />the anticipated amount of flow expected. Will report again when more details are <br />available; <br />2} discussed letter from City Engineer regarding the condition of the under structure <br />of Wi11et Drive. There is an 18'~gap between the paveztt and the base material <br />and the road is being used presently by trucks for access to the new Chrysler Sub- <br />division. The construction coa~any has been notified about the road coa~3tion; <br />and legislation is in midst of being prepared to advertise for bids to g~rc~ut the <br />road. Might add that most of the area that is undermined is past the residue <br />on this small dead-end street - so there is no ierffi-ediate danger to any of the <br />residents. <br />3) Committee received a request on behalf of Mr. Delmar Ernest, 30106 Lorain Rd., <br />to again xeview the June 27, 1969, Equalization Board reporC. The Board r nded <br />that the City adopt a policy of assuming a portion of the property owner's installa- <br />tion cost of co~ection to a sewer lice which is installed through, in this case, <br />Mr. Ernest's back property.
