Council Minutes of 11-6-74 ~5- <br />Mr. Ed Frindt, 4856 Claque Rd. along with Mr. Polk, ~-ddressed Council as <br />representatives of all of the res~dants an Clague Rd. on their dissatisfaction <br />of the voting on the rezoning of Clingsan Deve~ent, stating rssarons and <br />discussed original and revised plan. Macussion ensued. Mr. Frindt stated <br />priority and reasons therefor. <br />Mr. Elmer Pickersgill, 23381 Marion Rd., addressed Council with suggestions <br />for alleviating traffic is his area. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Mr. Giessen moved to postpone Odd. No. 74-140 to date certain of January 7, <br />1975 and requested the ordinance to be brought back into B.Z. & D. Gawsittee. <br />Motion seeondRd by Mr. West. A#fitive vote: Giessen, Goggin, Lispert, <br />Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilas+osky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 74-140 postponed <br />to date certain of 1-7-75 and referred into B.Z.4D. Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 74-141 introduced by Mr. Giessex was gives its third reading. <br />An Ordinance accepting a deed from V.E. Mitchell for land which the said V.E. <br />Mitchell is donating as a gift to the City of North OLsted for park puxpo~s. <br />Mr. Giessen moved for adoption, seconded by inc. Coggin. Mr. Glasser carsanted <br />this was brought about by the North 03msted Kitranls Club and it is a nice gesture <br />by Mr. Mitchell amt Riwanis Club to create this mini park std should be cossu~ded. <br />Ro11 call on Motion: Affir~ativs vote: Giessen, Coggin, Lis~ert, Saringffir, Sharpe, <br />West, Wilamosky. No. 74-141 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 74-142 introduced by Mr. Liaipert was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance a~eding Section 911.43 entitled "Charges Geaera3aq" of Chester <br />911 entftled "Sanitary Se~rage System Charges" of the Codified Ordinances of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 74-143 introduced. by Mr. Giessen eras given its second reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Sauter Re-Subdivision <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 74-145 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the purchase by the City of North Olmsted of twcr graves <br />in Lot No. 554 in Butternut Ridge Cemetery from Lois K. Turocy and Eleanore R. <br />Robinson. <br />Ordi~nce No. 74-130 was introduced bq Mrs. Saringer and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending the traffic control map and file of the City of North Oersted <br />to provide for the installation of stop signs at the "T" intersection of Marion <br />Road and West 233rd Strest. <br />Ordinance No. 74-147 was introduced by Mrs. Saringer. An Ordinance requiring <br />special review of proposed structuses and subdivisions in the area desig+~ated <br />as flood prone and declaring an eeergascy. Mrs. Saringer moved for suasion <br />of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Liapsrt. Affirwative <br />vote: Giessen, Coggin, L#.~art, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wil~eoskq.
