Council Minutes of 11-6-74 ~5- Mr. Ed Frindt, 4856 Claque Rd. along with Mr. Polk, ~-ddressed Council as representatives of all of the res~dants an Clague Rd. on their dissatisfaction of the voting on the rezoning of Clingsan Deve~ent, stating rssarons and discussed original and revised plan. Macussion ensued. Mr. Frindt stated priority and reasons therefor. Mr. Elmer Pickersgill, 23381 Marion Rd., addressed Council with suggestions for alleviating traffic is his area. LEGISLATION: Mr. Giessen moved to postpone Odd. No. 74-140 to date certain of January 7, 1975 and requested the ordinance to be brought back into B.Z. & D. Gawsittee. Motion seeondRd by Mr. West. A#fitive vote: Giessen, Goggin, Lispert, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilas+osky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 74-140 postponed to date certain of 1-7-75 and referred into B.Z.4D. Committee. Ordinance No. 74-141 introduced by Mr. Giessex was gives its third reading. An Ordinance accepting a deed from V.E. Mitchell for land which the said V.E. Mitchell is donating as a gift to the City of North OLsted for park puxpo~s. Mr. Giessen moved for adoption, seconded by inc. Coggin. Mr. Glasser carsanted this was brought about by the North 03msted Kitranls Club and it is a nice gesture by Mr. Mitchell amt Riwanis Club to create this mini park std should be cossu~ded. Ro11 call on Motion: Affir~ativs vote: Giessen, Coggin, Lis~ert, Saringffir, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 74-141 adopted. Ordinance No. 74-142 introduced by Mr. Liaipert was given its second reading. An Ordinance a~eding Section 911.43 entitled "Charges Geaera3aq" of Chester 911 entftled "Sanitary Se~rage System Charges" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 74-143 introduced. by Mr. Giessen eras given its second reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Sauter Re-Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 74-145 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the purchase by the City of North Olmsted of twcr graves in Lot No. 554 in Butternut Ridge Cemetery from Lois K. Turocy and Eleanore R. Robinson. Ordi~nce No. 74-130 was introduced bq Mrs. Saringer and given its first reading. An Ordinance amending the traffic control map and file of the City of North Oersted to provide for the installation of stop signs at the "T" intersection of Marion Road and West 233rd Strest. Ordinance No. 74-147 was introduced by Mrs. Saringer. An Ordinance requiring special review of proposed structuses and subdivisions in the area desig+~ated as flood prone and declaring an eeergascy. Mrs. Saringer moved for suasion of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Liapsrt. Affirwative vote: Giessen, Coggin, L#.~art, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wil~eoskq. Mrs. Saringer waved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirsative vote: Giessen, Coggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharps, West, Wila~sky. Motion canrisd. Ord. No. 74-147 adopted.
