Council Minutes of 9-3-74 -3- Mrs. Beringer, Chairman Environmental Control Committee and Long Range Planning Committee reported following: 1) Heating was held oa July 23, 1974, and discussed legislation oat agenda tonight -Res. According to the Ohia Revised Code, Council will sit as an Bquaiization Board after the work has been performeed. Rowev+er, a Ccammi,ttee of Council will hear these objections prior to the begitming of any work. These hearings will begin se soon as the Engineering Department can go out and make an-site inspections as to the actual dosage which has occurred. Mr. Giesser, Chairaan Building, Zoning A Develo~pmaraat Com~tttee, and Recreation, Public Parties A Buildings, reported B.Z.6 D. Committee met on July 30, 1974, and discresed follororitig: 1) Samho Rtstaurae~t project -there were a nttiber of dtanges in the parking arrangement; driveway increased 35 ft.
