Council Minutes of 9-3-74 <br />-3- <br />Mrs. Beringer, Chairman Environmental Control Committee and Long Range Planning <br />Committee reported following: 1) Heating was held oa July 23, 1974, and discussed <br />legislation oat agenda tonight -Res. No. 74-128 and Ord. No. 74-121 in regard to <br />the infant of the City to take necessary steps to comply with the National Flood <br />Insurance Act; <br />2) scheduled sn Bnvironsental Control Cossoittee Nesting on September 4, 1974, <br />$:00 P.M., City Hall. <br />Mr. Goggin, Chairsrare Streets & Drainage Cassd<ttee reported following: 1) Committee <br />met on August 27, 1974. According to the Ohia Revised Code, Council will <br />sit as an Bquaiization Board after the work has been performeed. Rowev+er, a <br />Ccammi,ttee of Council will hear these objections prior to the begitming of any work. <br />These hearings will begin se soon as the Engineering Department can go out and <br />make an-site inspections as to the actual dosage which has occurred. <br />Mr. Giesser, Chairaan Building, Zoning A Develo~pmaraat Com~tttee, and Recreation, <br />Public Parties A Buildings, reported B.Z.6 D. Committee met on July 30, 1974, and <br />discresed follororitig: 1) Samho Rtstaurae~t project -there were a nttiber of dtanges <br />in the parking arrangement; driveway increased 35 ft.
