This was checked into by the Law Director nand it is hfs <br />recaaeendation this can be done. Nation carried. <br />3} Chrysler Resubdivision at WiLLet Rd. -have added two lots to this subdivision <br />and legislation is pending for this re-scdadivision. <br />4) Stearns Road Subdivision -legislation is pending tonight. <br />The ad hoc Recreation Coneeittee met on May 29, 1974, and discussed the prop~al <br />by Koster in relationship of cutting certain items in the Rec Coaoplea in order <br />to bring it in within the $3,©OQ,0OO as had been requested. Cosaittee uiss-tssly <br />approved the recomt~ndation to cut off the indoor practic rink and to not develop <br />the upstaris of the Complex; and are continuing an the project of acquiring the <br />land. <br />Mr. Limpert, Chairman Finance Committee, reported Gomm~ittee met and discussed <br />following: 1) request of Service Director to advertise for bide for St1,4~ gsllons <br />of sodicue aluminate - Coseeittee wanted sore infors~atioa regarding transfer of <br />appropriations and same held in abeyance; <br />
