Committee met again on May 29, 1974 and discussed following: 1) Clingoan Mastick Claque Rd. Subdivision. Discussed reaoe~sg of ~groxi,~ately 200 ft. of back parcel lid along t4astidc Rd. -front parcel +ruld be residential; back part would be medium rise 2 story apartments and ingress and egress onto Mastick and also onto Claque Rd. Originally asked for zoning of multi-fssily for ingress and egress an Mastick Rd. Cos+nittee recoeesends that there be no tiulti- family Boning on Mastick Rd. and ingress and egress go out thru the prese:a-t residential coning. This was checked into by the Law Director nand it is hfs recaaeendation this can be done. Mr. Giesser moved that Council approve the parking and layout of Sgat'ky DBeaedetto Subdivision, seeded by Mr. Gu-ggin. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Coggin, Lierpert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Nation carried. 3} Chrysler Resubdivision at WiLLet Rd. -have added two lots to this subdivision and legislation is pending for this re-scdadivision. 4) Stearns Road Subdivision -legislation is pending tonight. The ad hoc Recreation Coneeittee met on May 29, 1974, and discussed the prop~al by Koster in relationship of cutting certain items in the Rec Coaoplea in order to bring it in within the $3,©OQ,0OO as had been requested. Cosaittee uiss-tssly approved the recomt~ndation to cut off the indoor practic rink and to not develop the upstaris of the Complex; and are continuing an the project of acquiring the land.
