Letter indicated max#mtmt rate should be acrsased to <br />7 1/4X when ordinances cone up far third readings. <br />Council and Finance Director Gerlach and Law Director Garaau discassed issuance <br />of notes and bends, excalating interest rates, passage of note ordinances on <br />emergency for better interest rate, etc. <br />
