<br />the issuance of $261,000 notes in anticipation of the issuance of bands for
<br />the purpose of providing funds for the pu;cchase of motorized equip®ent for the
<br />Service Department, and declaring an e~ergeney. Mr. Lampert moved for suspension
<br />of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote:

<br />Ordinance No. 74-32 was introduced by Mr. tlilamosky and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance amending Section 1357.11 entitled "Emergency Power and Lighting"
<br />of Chapter 1357 entitled "Electrical Code" of the Codified Ordinances of the
<br />City of North Olmsted by adding a new sub-section "E " requiring emergency power
<br />and lighting is office buildings.
<br />Ordinance No. 74-33 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the City of Paarview Park,
<br />Ohio, for the furnishing of bus transportation to the residents of the City of
<br />Fairview Park, Ohio, at the tines and for the rates set forth in said agreement
<br />and repealing Ord. No. 73-28, and declaring an urgency. Mr. West moved for
<br />suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Lampert.
