<br />A Resolution authorizing the purchase by the City of North Olmsted of two
<br />graves in Lot No. 771 in Butternut Ridge Cemetery from Mrs. 0. C. Burch.

<br />An ordinance authorizing the Piayor to enter into a contract with Rosteer &
<br />Associates, architects, for the preparation of detailed plans, specificatios~
<br />and cost estimates fox the constructio~a of a Recreation Genter in the City of
<br />North Olmsted. Mr. Giesser proved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative
<br />vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion
<br />carried. Ord. No. 74-20 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 74-26 introduced by Mr. Lampert was given its second reading.
<br />An Ordinance amending the Godafied Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted
<br />by creating a new. chapter 163 entitled "Department of Human resources".
<br />Mr. Wilamosky presented letter from Mr. Ernest to President Pro Tem Giesser.
<br />President Pro Tem Giesser referred Ord. No. 74-26 back to Finance Committee
<br />for further review.
<br />Resolution No. 74-24 was introduced by Mayor Christman. A Resolution appointing
<br />an Assessment Equalization Board to hear objections relative to the aaseswents
<br />for the construction of the Broakpark Road Extension in the City of North Olmsted,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Goggin moved for suspension of rule r~esg~ring
<br />three sepaxate readings, seconded by Mx. tJest. Affirmative vote: Giesser,
<br />Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Mr. Goggin moved for
<br />adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert,

<br />Ordinance No. 74-27 was introduced by Mr. Giesser and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zane Map of the City of North
<br />Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the ?.oning Code of the Gity of North Olmsted,
<br />by changing the premises hereinaft:r described from Limited Industrial to
<br />General Retail Zoning.

<br />Mr. Lampert moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in

<br />Ordinance No. 14-29 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. An Ordinance suthorizang
<br />the issuance of $410,000 Renewal Notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds
<br />for the purpose of paging part of the cost of constructing a Police Adffinistra-
<br />tion Building and clearing, l~dscaping and otherwise impxoving the site thereof,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lampert moved for suspension of rule requiring
<br />three sepaxate readings, seconded by Mr. Glest. Affirmative vote: Giesser,
