Mr. Giesler moved for adoption, seconded by <br />Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Giesler, Goggin, Lisrpert, Saringex, Sharpe, West, <br />Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 73-150 adopted. <br />
