<br />Beringer moved to put Res. No. 73-140 ba+~k into Cormittee, sec~tded by Mr. Wilam~c-sky.

<br />Ordinance No. 73-150 introduced by Mr. Giesser was given its third reading.
<br />An Ordinance accepting for dedication Ber~ood Circle (751 lineal feet) fa the
<br />Blossom Dover Subdivision No. 1. Mr. Giesser moved to p~tpone Ord. No. 73-150
<br />to date certain of February 5, 1974, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote:

<br />A Resolution accepting for recgrd purposes fatly the DuBose Subdivision. Mr.
<br />Giessex moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Giesser,

<br />73-151 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 74-2 introduced by Mr. Lin~ert was given its second reading.
<br />An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for the deposit of
<br />public monies with the ittstitutians designated by Council as depositories for
<br />the active and inactive accounts of the City.
<br />Mr. Lampert moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in
<br />connection with Ord. No. 74-10, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Giesser,
<br />Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilat~sky. Motion carried. Finance
<br />Director Gerlach fu:niahed Certificate.
<br />Ordinance No. 74-10 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. An Ordinance authorizing
<br />the issuance of bonds for the purpose of paying the Citq's portion of the cost
<br />of improving Dover Center Road and certain other streets and public easaetsnts by
<br />constructing sanitary sewers, sewer curb connections and necessary appurtenances,
<br />including force main, sewsge puaeping station, necessary street resurfac3mg and
<br />restoration of drainage facilities (Contract 12) and declaring as emerge~tcy. Mr.
<br />Lampert moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded
<br />by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West.
<br />Negative vote: Wilamc~sky. Mr. Li~ert moved far adoption, seconded by Mr. West.
<br />Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky.
<br />Motion carried. Ord. No. 74-10 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 74-11 was introduced by Mr. Giesser and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance accepting an e t for the its tallation and maintenance of a
<br />water main for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Clsvel~td
<br />to private property which abuts Brookpark Road and is situated generally bet~resn
<br />Grace Avenue and Georgette Avenue, and declaring an emergency.
