Council Minutes of 9-16-75 <br />-4- <br />he anticipates by next Council Meeting we will have everything in order so <br />that we can have the new Comprsltsnsive Zoning Code and the Plan introduced <br />at next Council Meeting. <br />Mrs. Beringer, Chairman Snviramoantal Cssstrol Ccsmeittee and LoaEg Planning <br />Committee , reported the ~vir tal Cremtx~c+l Ceaeotittem and Streets & Drainage <br />Committee held a joint meeting oa Seprteewbtr 15th to discuss the recoeaeandations <br />of previous seating in regard to the t flooding. Serv#.ce Director Caaeter <br />just about covered everything Egcs, Satrsgvrx haul in her report. Mrs. Saringer <br />said she would like to suarraarise and say that are lutve started to retest ~ the <br />smoking method in they Deerfield ;area. It is the <br />wish of the Committee to request suspension of rules requiring three separate <br />readings on Ord. No. 75-212. <br />In the absence of Mrs. Sharpe, Chairmiaa Public Safety, Realth & Welfare Com®ittee, <br />Mr. West reported Committee revered application for a D-I nerd D--Z pex~it to <br />Pitta King, corner of David Dr. and Lorain Rd., and Committee has no objections. <br />Mr. West, Chairman Transportation Committee, reported Commrittee met wfth RTA <br />at Public Rearing that 8TA held at City Ball on Septmeber 11th, and listed <br />to comments from citizens and interested people.
