Council Minutes of 3-4-75 -4- Mr. Frank Sharpe, 26787 Driscoll ;ane, addressed Council stating he is dezinitely opposed to gun control or legislation giving rQasons therefor. President Pro Tem Beringer recognized ammbers of Girl Scout Troop 471 in audience and Girl Scout Leader Mrs. Almquist. Council recognisaed the girl scouts and Mrs. Alaaquist. LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 75-12 introduced by rir. West was given its third reading. An Ordinance establishing the position of Recreation Center r, and providing for the duties, qualifications and salaxy for said position. Mr. Walt awed to delete the word "quclifi~tions" in the title; and to substitue the word "duties" for the word "qualification" in the third W~IER'SAS of the preamble, and to put Ordinance on second reading. Motion seconded by Mr. Wlaa~osky. Affirmative vote: Giessar, Goggin, Limpert, Beringer, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ordinance No. 75-13 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its third reading. An Ordinance establishing hospitaiisaticn benefits for the Director of the Departe,ent of Huainan Resources. Mr. Limpert ~mvved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Giesler, Goggin, Limpert, Beringer, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 75-13 adopted. Ordinance Na. 75-14 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reading. An Ordinance authorizing the Building Commissioner to proceed with the demolition or removal of the buildings on p t parcel No. 233-13-4 on Lorain Road in the City of North Olmstead. Mr. West moved far adopticm, seconded by Mr. Giessex. Affirmative vote: Giesler, Goggin, Limpert, Beringer, T?eat, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 75-I4 adopted. Ordinance No. 75-15 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its .third reading. An Ordinance authorising the issuance of $310,000 renewal notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of paying part of the coat of constructing a Police Adntinistxativn Building and clearing, laszdscaping and othexwise ioq-roving the site thereof. Mr. Liaapert awved for adoption, seconded by Mx. West. Affirtaa- tive vote: Giessar. Goggin, Limpert, Beringer, Wast, W1lamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 75-15 adopted. Ordinance No. 75-16 introduced by Mr. West was given its third reading. An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into an agreeoent with the City of Fairview Park, Ohio, for the furnishing of bus transportation to the residents of the City of Fairview Park, Ohio, at the tiores and for the rates set forth in said ag t and repealing Ordinance No. 74-33, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West mewed for adoption, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote: Giessar, Goggin, Limpert, Beringer, Weat, Wilamsoky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 75-16 adopted. Ordinance No. 75-17 introduced by Mr. West was given its third reading. An Ordinance granting reduced fares for senior citsena riding the North Opted Municipal Bus Line, and repealing Ordinance No. 72-53, enacted lb, 1972.
