Council Minutes of 3-4-75 <br />-4- <br />Mr. Frank Sharpe, 26787 Driscoll ;ane, addressed Council stating he is dezinitely <br />opposed to gun control or legislation giving rQasons therefor. <br />President Pro Tem Beringer recognized ammbers of Girl Scout Troop 471 in audience <br />and Girl Scout Leader Mrs. Almquist. Council recognisaed the girl scouts and <br />Mrs. Alaaquist. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 75-12 introduced by rir. West was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance establishing the position of Recreation Center r, and providing <br />for the duties, qualifications and salaxy for said position. Mr. Walt awed <br />to delete the word "quclifi~tions" in the title; and to substitue the word <br />"duties" for the word "qualification" in the third W~IER'SAS of the preamble, <br />and to put Ordinance on second reading. Motion seconded by Mr. Wlaa~osky. <br />Affirmative vote: Giessar, Goggin, Limpert, Beringer, West, Wilamosky. <br />Motion carried. <br />Ordinance No. 75-13 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its third reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing hospitaiisaticn benefits for the Director of the <br />Departe,ent of Huainan Resources. Mr. Limpert ~mvved for adoption, seconded by <br />Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Giesler, Goggin, Limpert, Beringer, West, <br />Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. An <br />Ordinance authorizing the Building Commissioner to proceed with the demolition <br />or removal of the buildings on p t parcel No. 233-13-4 on Lorain Road in <br />the City of North Olmstead. An <br />Ordinance authorising the issuance of $310,000 renewal notes in anticipation of <br />the issuance of bonds for the purpose of paying part of the coat of constructing <br />a Police Adntinistxativn Building and clearing, laszdscaping and othexwise ioq-roving <br />the site thereof. Mr. Liaapert awved for adoption, seconded by Mx. West. Affirtaa- <br />tive vote: Giessar. Goggin, Limpert, Beringer, Wast, W1lamosky. Motion carried. <br />Ord. An <br />Ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into an agreeoent with <br />the City of Fairview Park, Ohio, for the furnishing of bus transportation <br />to the residents of the City of Fairview Park, Ohio, at the tiores and for the <br />rates set forth in said ag t and repealing Ordinance No. 74-33, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. West mewed for adoption, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative <br />vote: Giessar, Goggin, Limpert, Beringer, Weat, Wilamsoky. Motion carried. <br />Ord.
