An <br />Ordinance ratyfying and confirming the payment of overtime pay to municipal <br />bus line employees at a rate of one and one-fialf times the base rata of gay <br />for overtime worked, and authorisia$ future payaents during tt~e pex~+cy of <br />litigation in the U. S . Supreme C~-urt cif a case challeā¬eging the Fair Lr <br />Standards Act as respects ~nicioal e~logees, and declaring sa emergency. <br />Mr. West moved far adoption, seconded b~ Mr. Li~ert. Affirmative vote: Giessen, <br />Coggin, Limpert, Saringez, West, Wfi}~otty. Motion carried. Ord. No. 75-18 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 75-19 introduced by Mr. Lis~rert was given its second ruling.
