Council Minutes of 3-4-75 -6- <br />Resolution No. 75-56 introduced by Mrs, Sharpe was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution urging cooperation with and support of a county wide legislative <br />effort to formulate and a€fect baud gun controls, and declaring an urgency. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved to rermove emd seed back Recs. Na. 7556 to Safety Co®sdttee <br />for their recommendations aAd r~rierw, sece+er3ed by Mr. G3+se-ser. Affiroative vote: <br />Giesser, Goggin, Limpezt, Beringer, West, Wilusky. I~otioa carried. Res. No. <br />75-56 sent back to Committee of Public Safety, Health b Welfare. <br />Ordinance No. 75-57 introduced by Mr. West was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance establishing the coe~le~ent of the Recreation Aepartment affixing the <br />compensation to be paid the rs therefore and repealing Ordinance No. 73-77, <br />enacted July 17, 1973. Mr. Giesser regc~eeted Ordiaazrce No. 75.57 be referred <br />back to Recreation Couittee. Ord. No. 75-57 was referred back to Recreation, <br />Public Parks ~ Buildings Coutd.ttee. <br />Resolution No. 75-59 was introduced by Hr. Giesser and gives its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Safety Director to advertise for bids for the <br />purchase of equipment for the North Opted Recreation Center, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 75-60 was introduced by Mr. test and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for the <br />purchase of new buses and other equiput for the North Opted Municipal Bus <br />Line, and declaring an eeergency. <br />Ordinance No. 75-61 was introduced by Mr. Weft and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing compensation to be paid to the Bus Drivers of the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line and repealing t3rd. No. 74-39, enacted April <br />16, 1974, and declaring an eas3rgency. <br />Ordinance No. 75-62 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading. <br />Aa Ordinance establishing c titian to be paid to the maintenance e~layees <br />of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an urgency. <br />Resolution No. 75-63 was introduced by Mr. Goggin and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Service pirector to advertise fox bids for the <br />resurfacing of Butternut Ridge Road from a point where Butternut Ridge Road <br />intersects Lorain Road to Keaaedq Ridge Road. <br />Resolution No. 75-64 was introduced by Mr. Goggin sad given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for the <br />resurfacing of Butternut Ridge Road from Kennedy Ridge Road to Columbia Road. <br />Mr. West explained reason it is broken down into two sections is that we are <br />alanost positive will sot have enough. money to do the whole road - so break it <br />down and see if we have enough m~neq to do half of it. Maybe there is enough <br />money to do all of it but it is doubtful. <br />Resolution No. 75-65 was introduced by Mr. Lampert and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for 1,0 <br />tons of slag, and authorizing the Mayor to contract far same, sad declaring an <br />emergency. <br />
