Council Minutes of 2-18-75 -g- the fact that these positions is their livelihood; also the stal^`;'y increase is a two phase operation; percentage of increase involved; coiaspensation of other City employees wherein these positions received sane, etc. Feels there is no question but that these positions are deserving of the increase. Mr. West discussed the percentage rate of these poaitions being less than 4% a year - feels we should pay enough to get good geaplat to troark at it full time, etc. ALL GALL ON MOTION: Affirmative vote: Giessen, Gaggin, Li>spert, S~ariaager, Sharpe, nest. An Ordinance establishing the poitian cf secretary within the Departs-~tt of Auman Resources in the City of North Opted. Ordinance No. 75-27 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. An Ordinance aaaending Section 163.05 entitled "Rtssan Resources Advisory Board" of Chapter 163 entitled "Department of Hus~n Resources" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Lisapert read resolution. Mx. Lampert moved fen adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Giessen, Goggin, Laspeart, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamasky. Motion carried. Res. Resolution No. 75-49 was introduced by Mr. Goggin and given its first reading.
