<br />People addressing Council:
<br />Mr. Frank Pinkham, 6595 Barton Rd., addressed Council pertaining to the Building
<br />Code and discussed at length problems he encounters due to a garage belonging to
<br />his neighbor being situated on the ss~e aide as Mr. Pinkham's bedrooms. Lengthy
<br />discussion ensued. Mx. Wilamosky to set up appointment with Mr. Gundy to discuss
<br />this matter with Mr. Pinkham and Mr. Wilamosky.
<br />Mr. Delmar Ernest, 30106 Lorain Rd., addressed Council pertaining to Ord. No.
<br />75-17; also powers and duties of Board of Toning Appeals, specifically Sect.
<br />1135.15. Discussion ensued.
<br />Mr. Richard Spaeth, 28873 Tudor Drive, addressed Council on following: status
<br />of industrial park, revaluation of coaamercal property; continual devaluation
<br />on cotamercial properties; status on moving of the Service Department; banded
<br />indebtedness, Each subject was discussed. Mr. Spaeth stated he will miss Mr.
<br />Giesser on Council and looks forward to November election.
<br />Mrs. John Cestaric, 4034 Winton Park Drive, addressed Council pertaining to the
<br />reappraisal of her home six months ago and substantial increase in taxes.
<br />Discussion ensued.
<br />Mrs. Rita Limpert, 23810 Maple Ridge, addressed Council pertaining to her home
<br />being appraised far full valuation of a finished house at the tip the house was
<br />not finished.
<br />LEGISLA~ION•
<br />e~ s. No~~+-151 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third xeading. A
<br />Resolution requesting the Legislature of the State of Ohio to base the issuance
<br />of liquor permits on a population ratio of one permit pez one thousand population,
<br />as amended. Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative
<br />vote: Giesser, Coggin, Limpert, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
<br />Res. No. 7K-157 adopted.
<br />Resolution No. 75-? introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its third reading. A
<br />Resolution directing the Auditor of Cuya~ga County to pay to the City of North
<br />Olmsted, Ohio during the year 1975 all tax Honey due and owing said City from
<br />any collection source. Mr. Limpert moved fox adoption, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe.
<br />Affirmative vote: Giesser, Coggin, Limpert, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky.
<br />Motion carried. Res. No. 75-2 adopted.
<br />Resolution No. 75-4 introduced by Mr. Giesser was given its third reading. A
<br />Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Manos Re-Subdivision in the
<br />City of North Olmsted. Mr. Giesser moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Coggin.
<br />Affirmative vote: Giesser, Coggin, Limpert, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky.
<br />Motion carried. Res. No. 75-4 adopted.
<br />Resolution No. 75-5 introduced by Mr. Giesser was given its third reading. A
<br />Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the City Line Re-3ubd3vision
<br />#3 and #4 in the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Giesser moved for adoption, seconded
<br />by Mr. Coggin. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Coggin, Limpert, Beringer, Sharpe,
