A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only Pocos Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Giesser moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Beringer. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Limpert, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 75-6 adop±ed. Resolution No. 75-7 introduced by Mr. Giesser was given its third reading. An Ordinance transferxing appropriations for current expeesses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio for the pear ending ~cember 31, 1975. Resolution No. 75-10 introduced by Mr. Goggin was given its second reading. A Resolution urging the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Ohio to deny excessive rate increases to Public Utilities. Ordinance No. 75-11 introduced by Mr. Lampert was given its second reading. An Ordinance establishing hospitalizatiop beanefits for various City B~rloyees and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lampert moved to table Ord. No. 75-I1 giving reasons therefor. Motion seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Oxd. No. 75-11 tabled. Ordinance No. 75-12 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading. An Ordinance establishing the position of Recreation Center Manager, and providing for the duties, qualifications and salary for said position. Ordinance No. 75-13 was introduced by Mr. Lampert and given its first reading. An Ordinance establishing hospitalization benefits for the Director of the Depart- ment of 13uman Resources. Ordinance No. 75-14 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. An Ordinance authorizing the wilding Coissionez to proceed with the desraolition or removal of the buildings on permanent parcel No. 233-13-4 on Lorain Road in the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Lampert moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate i.n connection with Ord. No. 75-15, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance No. 75-15 was introduced by Mr. Liinpert and given its first reading.
