An <br />Ordinance authorizing the issuetece of bonds for the purpose of paying the City's <br />portion of the cost of impra~ving Co2.ubia Road sad certain other streets anal ease- <br />ments by constructing sanitary sewers, sager curb connections and necessary <br />appurteaances,.including a sewa~ lift station and force main, necessary street <br />resurfacing and restoration of drsiceage facilities (Contract Nos. 1S seed 16) and <br />declaring an emergency.
