Furthermore, have received no coseication from the Assn. that they want to accept this responsibility. An Ordinance authorizing the issuetece of bonds for the purpose of paying the City's portion of the cost of impra~ving Co2.ubia Road sad certain other streets anal ease- ments by constructing sanitary sewers, sager curb connections and necessary appurteaances,.including a sewa~ lift station and force main, necessary street resurfacing and restoration of drsiceage facilities (Contract Nos. 1S seed 16) and declaring an emergency.
