A Resolution requesting tt~e Legislature of the State of Ohio to base the issuance of liquor permits on a population ratio of one permit per one thousand population, as amended. Resolution No. 75-2 introduced by Mr. Lampert was given its second reading. A Resolution urging the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Ohio to deny excessive rate increases to public utilities. President O'Neill re€erred Res. No. 75-10 to Mr. Goggin, Chairmen Streets 6 Drainage Committee. President O'Neill requested Mr. Wilamosky and has Legislation Consrl,ttee consider including gubl.ic utilities in with Streets & Drainage Committee in the incorporation of the seven committees as opposed to nine.
