Mr. Giesser understands from Law Director Gareau that this legislation ~J.11 take approximately ~ days if not longer to d<;e3r up; and during this time the G.ttee will ccmetx~e to review it and if there are any amendments will make the appropriate ts, Would like the rest of Council also to start reve~r#.ng it so that when it does reach Council on first reading there is sc~e basis which we can all dscv~ss; 9) scheduled a B.Z.&D. Committee I~setst$ on January 14, 1975, 9:00 P.M., City Hall. Mr. Limpert, Chairman Finance Committee, reported the Finance Cosanittee will be meeting over the weekend and also on January l3, 1975, 8:15 P.M., City flail. Mr. tdilamosky, Chairman Intro Govexntai Relations & Legislation Committee, reported this C+ammi.ttee met on .'lsmiuary 5, 2975 ~- all Committee Maaers present. Committee rearierssd request by Mayor Christman aaking for approval of the appointment of 1Rr. lfauld Copel~wd to the position of Director off l~partment of Human Resaat The Mayt+r has inf+~rmed the Committee that salary of Mr. Copeland will be $12,t Cosssittee recommends approval. Mr. Wilaaosky moved for the approval of Mr. Donald Copeland to the position of Director of ~egart~nt of Rumen Reaources with a salary of $12,000. Mr. Wilamosky pointed out that the salary range for this position is between $8,000. and $15,(100. Motion seconded by Mr'. Goggin. Affiutive vote: Giesser, Goggin, Li~apert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. 2) Committee reviewed request by Mayer for reappointment of Mr. John Roberts tt+ the Planning Commission for a term to expire 12{31/79. Committee recommends approval. Mr. Wilamosl~y moved for approval of appointment of Mr. John Roberts to the Planning Comad>eaion with term to expire 12/31/79, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Limpert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. 3) Gommi.ttee reviewed request by Mayor for approval of meaapointate~ of Mr. ~nald Hamill to Zoning Board of Appeals for term to expire 12/31/79. Committee recommends approval. Mr. Wilamoaky moved for approval of appointment of Mr. Donald Hamill to the Zoning Board of Appeals with term to sa4pire 12/31/79, aeconded Wes~•Wilamsoky.
