Council Minutes of 12-21°-76 -4- <br />Ordinance No. 76-167 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus property owned by the City of <br />North Olmsted and located at the intersection of McKenzie Aoad and Windsor <br />Drive, in the City of North Opted. Mrs. Sharpe waved for adoption, seconded <br />by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. <br />Motion carried. Ord. No. 76-167 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-170 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the Building Commissioner to pxoceed with the demolition <br />or removal of a detached garage located on permanent parcel No. 232-18-32, <br />on Porter Road, in the City of North Olffisted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 76-171 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for new tires <br />and tubes for use by the City, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. <br />Resolution No. 76-I72 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. <br />A REsolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for recapping <br />of tires for the automotive equipment of the City, and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for same. <br />Ordinance No. 76-173 introduced by Mr. West was given its second xeading. An <br />Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Shaker Mechanical <br />Corporation for the purpose of extending warranties on equipment located at the <br />North Olmsted Recreation Center Complex. <br />Resolution No. 76-174 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Stewart J. Graines Subdivision <br />in the-City of North Olmsted. <br />REsolution No. 76-175 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Jim Yezbak Subdivision <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 76-176 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Waschak Resubdivision <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-177 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. <br />An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement, under the supervision <br />of the Director of Transportation. <br />Ordinance No. 76-182 introduced by Mrs.. Sharpe was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing the Organizational Chart of the Fire Department for <br />the year of 1977 and thereafter, setting forth the complement of the Fire Department, <br />and establishing the salaries of the members of the Fire Department while on duty <br />for the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Sharpe moved for <br />suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West. <br />Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Mrs. Sharpe moved <br />for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, <br />West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 76-182 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-185 introduced by Mr. West was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance ratifying and confirming the purchases of hydrogen peroxide (tysul) <br />which mere used on an experimental basis over a period of approximately one and <br />one-half yeaxs at the Sewage Treatment Plant. <br />~~~, <br />
