A Resolution declaring the necessity of repairing and replacing certain concrete sidewalks at sundry locations within the City of North Ousted, providing that abutting property owners repair and replace the same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 76-187 was introduced by Mrs. Saringer and given its first reading. A Resolution declaring the necessity of constructing certai~a concrete sidewalks at Brendan Lane and Brookpark Road Eactenaion, providing that abutting property owners construct the same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 76-188 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky. An Ordinance making additional appropriations for current expanses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1976. Mr. Wilaamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readi~tgs, seconded by Mr. 'West. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. blast. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Moti~pn carried. Ord. No. 76-188 adopted. Resolution No. 76-189 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. A Resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio during the year 1977 all tax money due and owing said City from any collection source. Resolution No. 76-190 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to make application and enter into a contract with the Ohio Department of Transportation for an Ohio Mass Transportation Capital Assistance Grant, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Mr. West moved far adoption, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West, W1lamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 76-190 adopted. ;Resolution No. 76-191 was introduced by Mr. Sharpe and given its first reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the dedication of Country Club Boulevard Extension which is to be used for roadway purposes in the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 76-192 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Shore West Construction company Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. President Lampert referred same into B.ZSD. Committee. Ordinance No. 76-193 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. An Ordinance accepting a grant of right-of-way from the North Olmsted Board of Education for the extension and widening of Duane Road in the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 76-194 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. An Ordinance granting an easement to Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and Ohio Bell Telephone Company for the installation of underground electric transmission ~.ines and underground coauaunication lines to be located over and through City property in the City Line Estatee Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. President Lampert referred same into B.Z.&D. Commmittee. Under New Business: Mayor Christman referred to Law Director's legal opinion with respect to Lorain Rd. traffic lights and asked if the agreement with the State in Connection with Ord. No. 76-177 is something we should be concerned about. Law'~Director Garesu stated no - and explained the difference.
