Saringer and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution declaring the necessity of repairing and replacing certain concrete <br />sidewalks at sundry locations within the City of North Ousted, providing that <br />abutting property owners repair and replace the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 76-187 was introduced by Mrs. Saringer and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution declaring the necessity of constructing certai~a concrete sidewalks <br />at Brendan Lane and Brookpark Road Eactenaion, providing that abutting property <br />owners construct the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 76-188 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky. An Ordinance making <br />additional appropriations for current expanses and other expenditures for the City <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1976. No. 76-188 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 76-189 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio during the year 1977 all tax money due and owing said City from any <br />collection source. <br />Resolution No. 76-190 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution authorizing the <br />Mayor to make application and enter into a contract with the Ohio Department of <br />Transportation for an Ohio Mass Transportation Capital Assistance Grant, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension of rule requiring three <br />separate readings, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Saringer, <br />Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 76-193 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance accepting a grant of right-of-way from the North Olmsted Board of <br />Education for the extension and widening of Duane Road in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-194 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance granting an easement to Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and <br />Ohio Bell Telephone Company for the installation of underground electric transmission <br />~.ines and underground coauaunication lines to be located over and through City <br />property in the City Line Estatee Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. <br />President Lampert referred same into B.Z.&D. Commmittee. <br />Under New Business: <br />Mayor Christman referred to Law Director's legal opinion with respect to Lorain Rd. <br />traffic lights and asked if the agreement with the State in Connection with Ord. <br />No. 76-177 is something we should be concerned about.
