Council Manatee of It-7-76 People addressing Council: Mr. Jim Saumer, 30399 Lorain Rd., Ord. No. 76-145 and stated reasons -5- addressed Council urging the ra3ection of therefor. Mrs. Paul Sanders, 4056 Winton Park Drive, addressed Council with respect to damage to her lawn because of turfing; discussed stop sagas; barricadsa, etc. Discussion ensued. President Lampert referred same into Safety Comdttse. LEGISLATION: Resolution No. 76-148 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Robert Uovach Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. Mrs. Sharpe nosed for adoption, seconded by Mr. Beaty. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Saringer, Sherpa, test. Motion carried. Res. No. 76-148 adopted. Ordinance No. 76-156 introduced by Mr. Wilasosky was given its third reading. An Ordinance transferring appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of forth Olmatad, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1976. Mrs. Shape moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. test. Affirmatise vote: Beaty, Boshmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West. Motion carried. Ord. No. 78-156 adopted. An Ordinance authorizing the payment of a total of Faux Hundred Dollars ($400.) to various property owners as a moral claim involving the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 76-164 introduced by late. Sharpe was given its second reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Tallwood Estates Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted.
