Roll Call on Suspension of Rule: Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boeh~ar, Saringer, Sharpe, West. Mr. Boehmer moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Beaty. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Beringer, Sharpe, West. Motion carried. Ord. No. 76-1b8 adopted. Resolution No. 76-169 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a contract with the Cuyahoga-Comity General Health District for the year 1977, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 76-170 was introduced by Ms. Boehmer and given its first reading. An Ordinance authorizing the Building Cows.ssioner to proceed with the demolition or removal of a detached garage located on p.p. #232-18-32, on Porter Road, in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 76-171 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. A Resolution authorizing the Service Dfreetor to advertise for .bids for new tires and tubes for use by the City, and authorising the Mayor to contract for same. Resolution No. 76-112 was introduced by Mrs. Bharpe and given its first reading. A Resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for recapping of tires for the automotive equipmsnt of the City, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. Ordinance No. 76-173 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Shaker Mechanical Corporation for the purpose of extending warranties on equipment located at the North Olmsted Recreation Center Complex. Resolution No. 76-174 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. A RBsolution accepting for recording pvrpases only the Stewart J. Graines Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 76-175 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. A Resolution accepting for recording parposas only the Jim Yezbak Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 76-176 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. A REsolution accepting for recording purposes only the Waschak Resubdivision in the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 76-177 was introduced by Mrs.. Beringer and given its first reading. An emergency ordinance enacted b9 the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described i®provement, under the supervision of the Director of Transportation.
